OFFICE POLICIES

PAYMENTS

Full payment is expected at the beginning of each session.  It is my belief that by resolving payment up front, we are then able to focus our full attention on the clinical work. Payment is acceptable by cash, check, or credit card. Although I do not accept insurance, I am able to provide you with a superbill that includes the necessary information for you to seek reimbursement from your insurance company. As the client, you are ultimately financially responsible for full payment of your services. If you have any questions regarding fees, please contact me directly.

CANCELLATION POLICY

I reserve a weekly scheduled appointment for you, meaning you are responsible for honoring that appointment time. Time spent in session together is both limited and valuable.  Therefore, I encourage you not to miss an appointment whenever avoidable. In the case that you need to cancel an appointment, cancellations require no less than 48 hours notice prior to your scheduled session time. If your appointment is not cancelled within the required time period or you fail to show for your appointment time, you will be charged the full fee for your session. For any clinical questions or concerns, please contact me by telephone only.  If I am not immediately available, please leave your name, number, and a short message, and I will return your call at my earliest convenience.

CLINICAL EMERGENCIES

In the event of a medical or a clinical emergency involving a threat to your safety or the safety of another, please contact 911 to request emergency assistance or promptly go to your nearest emergency room.
