Currently Hiring: Associate Therapist

Associate Marriage & Family Therapist (AMFT) or Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW)

The Associate (either Associate Marriage & Family Therapist or Associate Clinical Social Worker) is responsible for providing therapy services for individuals (children through adults), couples and families, and groups based on needs determined collectively by clients, therapist, and supervisor. This position is expected to build and carry a caseload of at least 20-25 clients, with opportunity to grow depending on interest and availability.

Currently Hiring: Licensed Therapist (or Clinical Supervisor)

Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

The Licensed Therapist (either LMFT or LCSW) is responsible for providing therapy services for individuals (children through adults), couples and families, and groups based on needs determined collectively by clients, therapist, and supervisor. This position is expected to build and carry a caseload of clients, with opportunity to grow depending on interest and availability.

For the right candidate who also meets requirements for a Clinical Supervisor in the state of California, responsibilities may also include clinical supervision of associate therapists on staff.

No Current Openings: Administrative Assistant

Under general supervision, the Administrative Assistant performs a variety of clerical and administrative duties in support of the CEO of Anchor Psychotherapy, Inc. and therapists on staff. The Administrative Assistant will provide direct support to practice owner with a variety of administrative tasks, including but not limited to, answer phone calls, maintain client and staff records, coordinate new hires, onboarding, and training, coordinate billing issues with clients, and reconcile biweekly payroll.
